Project sales
In close co-operation with our customers, we analyse their needs and propose an optimum solution for each individual customer. Based on our long experience and wide range of products and services we can offer a complete solution, including documentation, installation, start-up, and training.
Project implementation
The customer is assigned a project manager, responsible for the project from contract until the customer approves the system. A clear and detailed system specification is the critical base for reaching the right operational function and quality during implementation.
Quality assurance
IDAB WAMAC is continuously working on improving routines and instructions regarding quality assurance. This includes for example; design standard, quality routines towards our suppliers and within our own workshop, as well as delivery inspections.
Documentation
A well-structured documentation of high quality is an important part of the supply of a system. For each customer project we deliver a complete set of project documentation.
Training
To secure an optimum operation of each system and maximise up time and capacity for the system, it is important that the operators and maintenance personnel know the system well. We design a specific training programme for each customer, together with the customer, based on the supplied system and specific needs of the customer.
After sales
We have an effective service organisation and adequate supply of spare parts which is essential for supporting our customers and maximise the productivity and up time of the installed system.
